Community leadership course for veterans (clcv)the community leadership course for veterans (clcv) aims to leverage the skills and experiences of current or former military service members in the region for the betterment of the broader pittsburgh region. With bi-monthly sessions running may through september, the cohort develops a greater understanding of the region, meets with business and community leaders, and accomplishes a community impact project with a local nonprofit organization. 17 individuals graduated from the community leadership course for veterans program during the 2023-2024 program year.

Leadership development initiative (ldi)ldi is geared toward top emerging talent within our regional organizations. The ldi experience helps participants hone skills while exposing them to avenues for civic involvement and critical-path networking across industries. Participants are also engaged in a community impact project (cip) throughout the ldi program year, where they apply these newly acquired skills in a hands-on, real-world project that brings positive change to a specific neighborhood. 48 individuals graduated from the leadership development initiative program during the 2023-2024 program year.
