Strengths training and consulting the make ri stronger initiative provides strengths-based development training designed to empower individuals to leverage their natural talents and foster collaboration among teams and organizations for greater performance.
Alumni engagement:the organization offers regular opportunities designed to connect, engage, and activate intergenerational and cross-sector alumni in ways that build social trust across differences, nurture belonging and civic health, and serve the broader rhode island community.
