Mission
Leadership Society of Arizona LSA is dedicated to transforming education by providing accessible leadership and logic education to students of all backgrounds. Our mission is to equip young minds with the critical thinking problem-solving and interpersonal skills necessary for lifelong achievement. We are committed to ensuring that all students especially those from underserved communities have access to high-quality educational resources and mentorship opportunities that empower them to reach their full potential. Through our innovative curriculum and community-driven programs we integrate leadership education into school systems and offer scholarships financial aid and free services to remove barriers to success. By fostering inclusivity resilience and lifelong learning we strive to bridge educational gaps create equitable opportunities and inspire the next generation of leaders to make a meaningful impact on society.

LeadAZ Private School: LSA provides an alternative to the traditional school system for students in grades k through 12. The school emphasizes leadership-based learning allowing students to learn academic skills alongside leadership-based skills. With a 5-to-1 instructor ratio LeadAZ provides individualized attention fostering a supportive learning environment. The curriculum is research-based integrating LSAs years of teen mentoring and education to prepare students for real-world challenges. The school also offers flexible tuition and scheduling making quality education accessible to a diverse student body. The school has an estimated 33 students of which 19 are in financial need. The school discounts their tuition and offers scholarships totaling $196,263.
Summer programs: the lsa hosted 7 summer leadership development courses for students in arizona. In these week-long courses students learned how to apply lsas leadership methodology to their personal lives to achieve their goals more effectively. Students and parents paid lsa directly to fund these programs. Charitable donations to lsa were also used to support the programs. The funding was used to purchase materials fund marketing efforts and compensate instructional camp counselors.
Getaways retreats: lsa provides an opportunity for students all over the valley to come to a 2 night 3 day trip to strawberry arizona. The students stay at a cabin in strawberry and participate in multiple leadership and team activities. The students are also able to engage in high adventure activities that help them build confidence and leadership skills. The students are also able to spend time interacting with all the coaches at lsa. These getaways have been shown to help students with increasing their social leadership and life skills. Attendees were asked to pay a registration fee to attend these activities.
The Success Coaching program at the Leadership Society of Arizona LSA helps teenagers build successful habits and achieve personal growth through one-on-one mentorship. Guided by PhD-certified mentors students develop social skills set goals and improve emotional stability in weekly coaching sessions. The program also includes workshops social events and community service to enhance learning. With over 30 years of research backing its methods LSAs Success Coaching provides a proven path to greater confidence stability and long-term success.
