Leadership Springfield Inc

The leadership academy program is offered to area high school juniors and seniors. It is a six month version of the adult program.

The leadership springfield alumni association helps alumni remain actively involved in the organization and community by serving as a network of resourceful leaders, promoting continuing education and leadership development skills, working toward solutions to community challenges, providing leadership support for major springfield projects, and providing assistance to the leadership springfield board on program curriculum, retreats and related projects.

Designed for mid-to-high level professionals, the access class is a crash course in the community for those who are new to the area or those looking to expand their professional connections. Participants spend two days exploring the city, fostering connections with community leaders and discovering what they can do to impact the world locally.
