Leadership Triangle Inc

Emerging leaders - leadership triangle has partnered with capitol broadcasting company (cbc) on the emerging leaders program. Over the fall semester, program participants complete a 400 hour paid program. 350 hours are spent in an internship within a cbc division and 50 hours are spent in leadership development workshops with leadership triangle. Students are recruited from nccu and shaw university and the program is open to rising juniors and seniors.

Alumni/fellows - leadership triangle supports a fellowship community of 1,300+ goodmon fellows. Goodmon fellows are individuals who have graduated from our cohort-based programs. Through our fellow programming, leadership triangle makes direct investments into supporting the community leadership of our fellows. Leadership triangle regularly facilitates volunteer events, networking gatherings, and continued professional development opportunities, including a coaching awards process.

Regional - this program encourages participants to see themselves as future regional leaders. Over the course of 4 months, our regional program connects participants to pressing issues facing the region and some of the most engaged local leaders and organizations working to address them. Regional addresses issues like workforce development, affordable housing, transportation, and education.

Transforming teams - transforming teams is a six month immersive, cohort-based experience for teams seeking to deepen trust and connection and make their practices and procedures more effective. Each team engages with expert leadership development facilitators to help support their individual organization's needs, while learning overarching principles of transformational organizational design.

Community programs - as a partner to the region, leadership triangle offers standalone workshops, trainings, and networking opportunities for leaders across the triangle. In this fiscal year, we launched cause collaboratives, supporting leaders in both housing and education to come together and build collaborative capacity across the region. Each cause collaborative meets one time per month. Additionally, this fiscal year leadership triangle supported a university partner in conducting research within chatham county on voting patterns among young adults.

Executive - the leadership triangle executive program is an opportunity for c-level executives, and their spouses or partners, to meet and learn from other top executives as well as community leaders. Our cohorts include executives who are new to the region, or in new positions, alongside individuals who have been building and working in the triangle for decades. By engaging in conversations that address key regional issues, each participant leaves with a better understanding of their greater responsibility to the triangle region as well as with new connections to other leaders in comparable positions.
