Ccommitted to transforming young africans into leaders through scholarships, leadership training, and mentoring at african and us universities. Operating under the 20 to 80% rule, 80% of our students focus on building their futures on the african continent, fostering growth, progress, and sustainable development. Our flagship initiatives, leading change africa's leadership academy and college preparatory program, empower high school students with essential skills for leadership, entrepreneurship, and global citizenship. Through a multi-year, comprehensive experience, students engage in in-person and online training, enhancing english proficiency, leadership abilities, and entrepreneurship knowledge. The program's ultimate goal is to prepare students for admissions and scholarships in prestigious global universities, encouraging them to make positive impacts in their local and global communities.
