Information and member services: sponsored a variety of programs to engage member's residents in creative activities and foster a closer relationship between the state organization and residents. Produced biweekly newsletters to keep members informed about issues impacting their work. A legislative brief was produced during the legislative session and numerous critical issue and policy updates as needed.

Offered 56 educational programs attended by more than 633 participants. Programs included two conferences, a statewide leadership program, an online alf/rcf administrator training, webinars and numerous in-person workshops.
