Justice-Impacted Activities: Purpose: The purpose of the justice-impacted voters activities is to provide voter registration voter education and voter guide opportunities to incarcerated DC voters. Accomplishments: Reached hundreds of eligible incarcerated voters in the DC jail through multiple voter registration and education visits and registered dozens of voters; provided virtual registration and education drives in three federal facilities; observed general election inside the jail in a nonpartisan capacity.

Voter Guides: Purpose: The purpose of the voter guides and vote411.org resources is to provide voters with interactive online tools for every primary general and special election. Accomplishments: April 2024- March 30 2025 Conducted outreach to create a nonpartisan voter guide for all DC voters in the primary and general elections. Formatted responses for online production. Translated responses into other languages.

Young voter activities included voter registration education and engagement in democracy. Youth Activities: Purpose: The purpose of the young voters activities is to support and engage young voters in high schools community colleges and vocational schools. In addition to providing voter education presentations and information to voters LWVDC reminded voters of upcoming election deadlines. Accomplishments: Participated in American Universitys Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project by reaching high school students in 5 DC schools; provided voter registration opportunities at Howard University University of DC and George Washington University; provided voter registration opportunities at at least three high schools; partnered with DC Girl Scouts.

Full Rights for DC Activities: Purpose: The purpose of the full rights grant is to mobilize more people nationwide in support of DC voting rights and statehood through mobilizing grassroots efforts. Accomplishments: April 2024- March 30 2025 Encouraged local and state LWV chapters to pass organizational resolutions in support of DC full rights. Partnered with local organizations to table at 11 local events spreading information about full rights efforts. Hosted a youth conference featuring five local youth. Created online resources for educational efforts including substack materials. Led multiple 18 educational presentations for high school and college students and local LWV chapters.
