The corporation plans to host local, regional and statewide conferences and workshops to give participants opportunities to share knowledge and experiences while learning from others who have forged the path to personal and professional success; commission and fund research initiatives about issues of sprecial interest to women of all ages in alabama, including education, health, finance, and community services; provide tools, information and personal narritives to assist women, girls and organizations acheive success in alabama; and provide grants for educational and public service projects that serve women in alabama.
