Residential assisted living provides safe and affordable living quarters for Christian Science seniors. The Leaves facilitates its residents ability to lead active, purposeful lives. The Leaves PLP program frees residents from many of the routine cares involved in maintaining homes on their own.
Home nursing care. Christian Science nursing care provided at the patient's location (home or assisted living facility). A Christian Science nurse is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Care is provided to support the individual's ability to remain in the home.
