Lee-Dibenedetto Charitable Foundation Inc

The lee-dibenedetto family foundation was formed primarily to provide grant funding to tax-exempt organization recognized under section 501(c)(3) of the united states internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the 'code'), that support a variety of philanthropic initiatives, programs and activities addressing a qualified charitable purpose that are of particular interest to its board of directors.
