Lets Give It Up Foundation

Through its music and art therapy programs the Foundation gives people struggling with substance use disorder and other debilitating challenges the tools and encouragement to find their own voice by sharing their struggles and triumphs through music and the arts. Expressing themselves through their art or recording their lyrics and their music in a recording studio with our team of professional writers, producers and singers gives them a creative process of self-awareness and rediscovery. Our art therapists provide instruction and all materials to participants who want to express themselves through visual art. They keep an MP3s or the artwork they created as are minded of what brings joy to their lives.
