THE ACTIVITIES WILL ENGAGE PARTICIPANTS FROM BARBOUR, LEWIS, RANDOLPH, UPSHUR, AND WEBSTER COUNTIES. FUNDS ALSO ARE AWARDED FOR TRANSPORTATION OF THE S.K.I.P. DANCE TEAM TO PERFORMANCES.
