Leyton Public School Foundation

Organization is exclusively for educational purposes within the meaning of section 5-1(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Subject in any event to the foregoing, the specific purposes of the corporation are to solicit and receive contributions, gifts, or devises of both real or personal property from individuels, foundations, partnerhsips, associations, governmental bodies, public or private corporatons, or other entities, and to maintain, use and apply, both directly and indirectly, the whole or any part of the income thereform and the principal therof exclusively for the benefit of or to carry out the purposes of the school district of leyton (leyton public schools) which shall include, but not be limited to, providing financial assistance to the graduates of the leyton public school to assist them in their pursuit of post-secondary education under prodedures developed in conjunction with the board of education of leyton public schools.
