Patient advocate liaison service - the program assigns a hope coach to each person diagnosed with breast cancer, that coach stands by them and assists them in navigating the health care system to assure they have access to treatment and surgery. During this fiscal year, orlando health cancer institute donated medical services in the amount of $3,101,250. Pathology specialists donated medical services in the amount of $1,354,883.

Waterwell farms - a farm retreat space for the survivorship program. Additionally, the farm offers aquaponics, a sustainable farming method. The mission is to nourish the body, mind and spirit through the fundamental necessities of life: nature, nutrition and community. We believe in empowering individuals, particularly those affected by breast cancer, to prioritize their health and wellness journey. Live well foundation of south lake donated $350,000.
