Core elements train the trainer the lideramos latino leadership model training series is a three-part program designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to its unique leadership model. Participants will explore the five core elements of the model, understand the crucial role of culture in leadership, learn effective latino-centered adult learning principles, and gain practical strategies for designing community-driven programs. This foundational training aims to equip individuals with the necessary tools to develop impactful leadership initiatives. Recognizing leadership development as an ongoing process, lideramos advocates for continuous learning, with this series focusing on essential core elements as a basis for future advanced training and alumni engagement. The program emphasizes that while it outlines core elements for local leadership programs (llps), curriculum development should always be adapted to the specific needs, educational levels, resources, and budget of the target community and participants.
