The organization was established and is maintained and operated for the sole express purpose of conducting an annual golf tournament for mrn over forty years of age. The organization is operated exclusively for pleasure, recreation and the promotion and development of the sport of golf and golf courses in the rio grande valley of texas. There are no parts of the operations that inure to the benifit of any individual member or director.
