The organization improves the quality of life of children and youth with diabetes by helping fund diabetes care centers that provide diabetes education, diagnosis and treatment to children and youth with diabetes in less-resourced areas of the united states of america and in developing countries. The organization also assists exempt irs section 501(c)(3) organizations in the united states of america that are conducting scientific research regarding diabetes and its treatment and cure.
