To improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental and related disabilities, their families and the community through information, education and life planning programs.

Children's long-term support: connects kids with disabilities and their families with the services they need to live a happy and healthy life.
Guardianship: life navigators will assist any individual who requires assistance making decisions, needing an advocate and support and monitoring health and safety. For guardianship, the court determines if they are eleigible for guardianship meeting the criteria of chapter 54 under the wisconsin state statute.
