The State of Kansas offers the option of a limited scope license for services for a person with a disability. Life Patterns, Inc. was among the first in Kansas to obtain a limited license and has developed a training notebook with the experience gained by going through the application and implementation process. When requested, Life Patterns provides assistance in determining if this is an option the recipient should pursue. Life Patterns also assists limited licenses with billing and payroll services, as well as information and assistance on final rule requirements and industry and employment related issues.
