We provide developmental services that promote independence to underserved and extra needs populations through the cycle of their lives.

Children & therapy: this division provides intervention services and therapeutic support to children ages birth to three years old, by working with families to identify the needs of children who may have delays in development, uneven patterns of growth, or are at risk due to factors in their environment. Services are delivered in the child's home, remotely by computer or at one of the organization's locations and consist of: - evaluation and assessment - speech, occupational and physical therapies - therapeutic educational services therapy services - as provided by certified and licensed therapist in the following areas: - occupational therapy - assists with sensory development, fine motor skills, visual perception and visual motor skills to enhance a child's ability to function with their environment. - physical therapy - helps with an individual's endurance, body awareness, and strengthening to achieve optimal abilities. - speech and language therapy - helps children at all levels of communication realize confidence and independence. Services were provided to approximately 300 children during the year.
Employment services: - this program provides opportunities in the world of work to adults with disabilities and special needs. The program matches individuals with employers to jobs that fit both parties' needs and abilities. The program also provided job coaching support to individuals with disabilities employed in liferoots' custodial contracts as well as to individuals placed in liferoots' enclave contracts. Day habilitation - this program served adults with developmental disabilities by providing integrated and individualized community-based services. Individuals participated in activities such as exploration, recreation, education, and community service, customized for the individual's needs.
