Care management - to promote emotional/physical/social/economic well being of elderly indivduals by facilitating access to long-term care appropriate to the customer's needs.

Protective services - investigates elder abuse and neglect in the community, facilities, and hospitals. Investigators provide assistance to alleviate imminent risk, perform full evaluations to determine the older adult needs and coordinate services with other entities to assist in the long-term care.
