Lift Community Development Corp equips, empowers,& propels youth who have aged out of foster care, as well as other vulnerable children, families,& adults, by providing housing, life-skills, education,& opportunities that foster stability, independence,& community engagement.

Independent Living Skills Training & Housing Support - Provides hands-on life-skills training, housing navigation, and mentorship for youth and young adults ages 1823 who have transitioned out of foster care. Participants learn budgeting, employment readiness, and household management, and receive guidance with enrollment in trade school, college, or entrepreneurship opportunities to achieve long-term stability and independence, ultimately reducing risks of homelessness, trafficking, and incarceration.
Mary Alice Opportunity Loan Program - Offers a one-time, zero-interest micro-loan to young adults who have completed Lift CDC programs and demonstrated diligence and responsibility. The loan teaches financial accountability and self-investment, helping participants take ownership as independent adults through manageable payments tailored to their limited resources.
