Lift One Up is a non-profit organization that inspires, encourages, and empowers women to reach their full potential. We lift up the spiritual, emotional, and psychological well-being of individuals one step at a time. The original mission of Lift One Up (LOU) was to help those defined by their current or past challenges as they attempted to navigate through the complex issues of their present. Today, LOU has become so much more. One's issues or challenges are not a prerequisite or a determining factor in our willingness to invest in the lives of others, women of all demographics as well as today's youth. Providing a clear-cut pathway filled with hope and a defined purpose for all of our participants is our goal. LOU believes it is not how you start in life; it is how you finish it that matters most!
