Light of Hope (LOH) is a 501(c)(3)non-profit assisting individuals and families facing the struggle of substance misuse and providing prevention education to our communities. Our services include our two main focuses. Recovery support and Prevention education.
Programs

School and Community Education:Offering Assemblies and speaker panels. Bringing awareness to the Elementary, Middle School and High School ages. Drug awareness education and more. Funding provided by Light of Hope through community donations and grants. LOH/DEA Drug Education curriculum was presented to Elementary, Middle School, and High School students totalling over 10,000.
Reboot, Rebuild Rogers County Employment Initiative:A program designed to assist the community with difficulties of finding employment, housing, and resource assistance. A very organized seminar, providing speakers, break-out sessions, employment guidance, techniques for improvement, and resources to guide people towards a road to rebuilding and recovery. Light of Hope leads this program in partnership with the Rogers County D.A.s office. This is a community-wide collaboration of organizations, companies and resources. We work together to create this powerful opportunity for our community.
Community Awareness:We strive to bring the family unit together, by encouraging positive gatherings through community focused events.We provide group meetings three times a week for recovering addicts. We have helped 50 or more people maintain their sobriety.Light of Hope also hosts multiple events such as fishing trips and outings to help bring families together.Food and supplies are donated by Light of Hope.
Addictions Awful Truths Montly Impact Panel:Monthly panels of speakers, sharing their experiences with the truths of addiction. These are impactful ways to bring truth and awareness through real-life experiences. We are in partnership with the Rogers County D.A.s office.Encouragement Support Groups:Weekly classes to include:Financial Peace ClassesAdolescent GoupGeneral Encouragement Lawn chair meetingWarriors Anonymous - VeteransMothers Angles child loss groupGeneral Grief Groups, Weekly Tele-groups, Parenting through Recovery/Addiction, Finance Classes and Renewed thinking Classes.
