Lighthouse For The Blind

Blind community enrichment: the bce program offers services and scholarships to blind and visually impaired youth and adults by providings access to adaptive technology and the opportunity to learn and improve activities of daily living. These skills include socialization, orientation and mobility, and independent living skills. These services were provided to 1,020 blind and visually impaired individuals.
