The exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3) are charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary, testing for public safety, fostering national or international amateur sports competition, and preventing cruelty to children or animals. At Lighthouse Residences NFP we provide safe, affordable, dignified sober living to individuals seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. We provide resources that promote spiritual growth, drug and alcohol education, and support the scientific community by communicating the effectiveness of sober communities in fostering long term sobriety. We provide individuals with direct financial support through our charitable endeavors.
