Weekly Groups Liminal is committed to helping communities build safe environments for men and women to experience Christ's transformation. Soul Circles are just one avenue where men and women can come together as a group to start or build on their personal soul work journey. Soul Circles are ideal for churches, communities or individual groups of people and comes with an in-depth leader's guide and coordinating participant manual. Liminal also provides extensive leader training and coaching for churches and communities who want to train leaders prior to launching a Soul Circle.

Personal Coaching Liminal soul work coaching is a powerful means to create long-lasting transformation in your life. Our coaching method pulls together all the tools we use on weekends and in group to effectively laser in on the change that needs to occur. We all have deeply buried patterns, beliefs, obstacles, and coping strategies that impede our growth and impact our most important relationships. We help you safely deconstruct the stories, ways of thinking and self-sabotaging behaviors so you can construct the life you long to live. Because clarity and results come quickly, we find most people get to their goals within a three-to-six-month time period. We also offer custom one-time sessions for individuals and couples.
