The purpose of the corporation shall be and remain limited to charitable purposes under 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, specifically, of combating juvenile delinquency and advancing relief of poor, distressed and underprivileged youth by providing campground(s)and cabin(s) for use by charitable youth groups and underprivileged youth groups.
