Mission

The Linden Park Neighborhood Association (LPNA) represents the 55 single-family homes in the Linden Park neighborhood (James, Michael, and Cornelius Ways) within the Wellington-Harrington district of Cambridge, Mass. In addition to working to improve the quality of life and foster civic engagement for Linden Park residents, the LPNA works to engage and improve the quality of life for the broader public in the surrounding Wellington-Harrington and East Cambridge districts. The LPNA also circulates a periodic newsletter summarizing topics of interest to residents, including recent LPNA activities, civic projects, and developments impacting Linden Park and the surrounding areas.

Programs

2 programs

Organize annual block party held during September, 2023 with outdoor games for neighborhood children as well as food and drinks. The purpose of the block party is to provide an opportunity for all members of the neighborhood to gather, build their relationships, and discuss any issues facing the neighbor so that potential solutions can be brainstormed.

Expenses: $429

Organize a CPR/Life Support class open to LPNA households as well as members of the broader public. The class is intended to promote health and safety in our community by increasing the number of residents who are qualified to deliver life-saving support including CPR.
