Lcfbc helps families by raising adult literacy skills, thereby improving economic outlook and quality of life. Lcfbc is dedicated to combating functional illiteracy created by the inability to read, write or speak english. Programs include basic literacy tutoring, english as a second language (esl) classes, ged preparation, u.s. Citizenship preparation, computer classes and labs, and job readiness.
