Little League Baseball Inc

To engage in the operation of little league and other related baseball activities in accordance with the regulations and requirements established by little league baseball, inc of williamsport, pennsylvania, and to purchase & sell all needed equipment/property necessary to the operation of said purpose, to acquire, hold & dispose of any/all properties or monies that come in it's possession relating to the purpose of operating a baseball activity program for the youth of the wheelersburg area, and to do all things necessary, incidental or convenient for the operation of the same.
