South durham little league, "sdll", is a little league international chartered baseball and softball league with a focus on competitive player development. Sdll strives to offer programs and divisions of play that serve boys and girls with little league determined ages 4 to 12, and 13-16 if a registered number of players and fields are available.the objective of sdll is to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy, and trustworthy citizens.
