Climate Change & Disability Rights. We advocate for inclusive climate action, offering education, resources, and community support. As a member of the Disability Advocacy and Focus Network (DAFN), we raise awareness of disaster preparedness for underserved communities and actively partner with EOM during disasters. Civil & Legal Advocacy. We provide equitable access to legal resources through pro bono support and civil rights workshops on housing, employment, immigration, and disability access, driving policy change. Civic Engagement. We educate residents on civic participation, support naturalization, and address barriers to democratic inclusion through workshops and personalized assistance.

Workforce & Leadership Development Programs. We implement strategies to recruit , retain and train a diverse members, offer leadership training, and facilitate networking to strengthen community resilience.
