Living well in wabash county serves one in four wabash county residents of all ages while fostering senior independence with the mission to assist the citizens of wabash county in meeting their social, physical, economic, and mobility needs with an emphasis on persons age 60 and over.

Senior center: to provide a location for seniors of wabash county to maintain their health and wellness with access to information about aging and aging services, fellowship with peers, maintaining contacts with the community, intergenerational experiences, low-impact fitness, opportunities to express and explore creativity, lifelong learning, and volunteer opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others. 146 unduplicated adults age sixty and over participated in senior center programs and services in 2024. Participants contributed 536 volunteer hours. Many of the volunteer hours were provided in the operation of the community cupboard food pantry and the agency's food distribution programs, which provided 212,353 pounds of food to local people of ages in need. 3,220 households/10,336 people of all ages were helped multiple times through the food distribution programs(community cupboard pantry and senior low-income commodity program). The volunteer-managed pantry provided 5,040 dozen eggs, 150,208 pounds of donated food. The agency works to end food insecurity on a local level by operating a food pantry for low-income wabash county residents of all ages. Feeding seniors is targeted with agency's own senior supplemental box and senior programming at living well downtown which includes nutritional programs as well as meals and breakfasts for seniors in a social setting. Winchester senior center and living well downtown provide a variety of activities and programs designed to engage seniors, eliminate isolation, and improve their health.
