Programs
2 programs
Digital Literacy Program The Digital Literacy Program provides hands-on instruction to seniors and individuals from underserved communities, teaching them how to use computers, mobile devices, and essential internet tools. The program enables participants to access online resources, communicate digitally, and build skills necessary for employment, education, and daily life in the digital age. By increasing digital proficiency, the program helps reduce barriers to participation in modern society and supports economic mobility and independence for vulnerable populations.
Workforce Development Program This program provides experiential learning opportunities for students and individuals to develop practical skills in computer refurbishing, process management, and administrative support. Participants gain hands-on experience through structured projects that include refurbishing donated devices and assisting with program operations. The program supports students in fulfilling service hour requirements and completing capstone projects, fostering workforce readiness and career skills for underserved populations. Through this approach, participants build technical and professional skills to enhance their employment prospects and contribute to the organization's mission of digital inclusion.
