Local 1199 Employer Child Care Fund

Provides other child care services for 2,949 participants:1. Summer camp program - this is where the child spend the 8 weeks when the school is closed for the summer. Served 2,605 participants.2. Workforce 2000 - this program provides services to youngsters from 14 years old to 17 years old. For one year, students participate in a rigorous self-exploration which includes a weekend retreat, summer internship, workshop and saturday classes at new york university. Served 233 participants.3. Holiday program - provide child care service during holidays when the schools are closed in february, april and december. Served 62 participants.

Provides day care centers for 49 participants.
