Locking arms men (lam or the corporation) is a domestic not-for-profit corporation chartered by the commonwealth of pennsylvania on december 1, 2014. Lam is a nondenominational men's christian organization founded with the primary purpose of helping men build strong, godly relationships through fellowship with other men and to develop authentic men who love god, love one another and love their neighbor. The corporation's purpose is the advancement of a lifestyle demonstrated in spiritual community with other men who strengthen one another and who promote authentic manhood through spiritual formation, true christian community and sacrificial service to others. Lam's mission of equipping men has a threefold emphasis: love jesus, love their neighbor, and to make disciples.

The organization holds christian retreats which provide worship, equipping and fellowship. During 2024 the organization held two christian retreats.

Mens christian ministry through weekly and monthly meetings:each week the organization holds 3-5 small group meetings for men in and around the city of pittsburgh. The goal of these "huddles" is to help men to experience the grace and healing power of christ in a spiritual community of brothers. Bible study, prayer and group discussion assist men to break destructive attachments like chemical dependency, gambling, explosive anger and pornography. The organization's monthly events are designed to attract new men to our community or for continued faith-building through outreach breakfasts, baseball games, marriage enrichment dinners, cigar dinners, football game/tailgate, campout weekends and retreats.
