PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES IN MENTAL HEALTH HOSPITALS - the organization provides psychiatric services in an outpatient mental health setting to ensure stabilization and treatment for individuals experiencing psychiatric needs, serving 933 patients in FY2024. Our supervised residential programs offer structured short-term and intermediate stays for individuals who require intensive support but do not meet the criteria for hospitalization. Crisis services include 24/7 emergency response, stabilization, and transition planning to connect individuals with ongoing care and prevent hospital re-admission.

COMMUNITY INTEGRATED LIVING ARRANGEMENT (CILA)- The CILA program is a men's and women's home that provides supportive, supervised living arrangements for adults with developmental disabilities in group homes, family homes, or independent apartments. Trained staff offer daily living assistance, medication management, skill-building activities, and social integration support to enhance residents' independence and quality of life while ensuring a safe and structured environment. The program served 7 residential Clients receiving 2,178 units of service.

SCREENING ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES - the organization conducts comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments to identify individuals' mental health and substance use treatment needs, serving 2,514 patients in FY2024. These evaluations inform treatment planning and service referrals to ensure clients receive appropriate levels of care. Support services include case management, referral coordination, psychoeducation, and linkage to community resources to promote overall well-being and recovery.
