Mission

The mission of LOHO is to provide safe convenient housing for people 55 and over: an adult family home for 8 persons needing 24-hour care and 14 cottages for rent to independent seniors.

Programs

1 program

The Hamlet Cottages give Lopez Island seniors and their family member's the opportunity to remain in their own community when they are ready to downsize. In addition to 14 1- and 2-bedroom garden cottages for rent, the community features The Gathering Place, our center for wellness and social activities. Seven 1-bedroom cottages are available at a reduced rate for those with moderate income. Located in the heart of Lopez Island, The Hamlet Cottages are a nurturing, caring community of 18 seniors.
