Loiter Galleries: A non-profit outreach organization making a difference - Art is a powerful tool in the evolution of neighborhoods and cities. Our project's mission is to aid the responsible growth and progress of the city through art. That includes continuing our successful track record of supporting local disenfranchised artists especially during these challenging times. The project's purpose is two-fold: It creates temporary galleries in available vacant spaces; and it serves to support local artists and their message. This supplies myriad benefits for the property owner the city and its artists. Ultimately we will give proof to the claim that art is essential. Especially now.The project's core artist audience needs are affordable gallery showcases marketing supplies meeting space art business advice and emotional support. And we aid local property owners by converting dark vacant spaces with art and positive activity. Artists finally have a venue to display their art.
