Lone Star Collegiate Lacrosse Alliance

The corporation is organized for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. In particular the corporation shall organize, conduct, operate, manage, oversee, and/or promote charitable acts involving, related to, supporting, or concerning collegiate lacrosse and other such activities for the promotion, sponsorship, and advancement of amateur and recreational sports with a substantial purpose of fostering of serious sports competition. The corporation shall direct and corntrol interscholastic collegiate athletic competition, prescribe eligibility rules for contestants and penalties for the violation of such rules and for violation of the rules of play in lacrosse. Conduct sectional, district, and state meets or tournaments, arranges schedules for contests, train and assign game officials, and make suitable awards in the competitions and do so via its affiliation with exempt educational organizations...
