Long Beach Senior Citizen Housing Corporation

Long beach senior citizen housing corporation was organized to construct, own and operate a 66-unit rental housing project for the elderly located in long beach, california, known as long beach senior housing. The corporation is operated under section 202 of the national housing act. The corporation has executed a regulatory agreement with the u.s. Department of housing and urban development, which governs the operation of the project with respect to rental charges and operating methods.
