To inform and educate all long islanders with regard to agriculture; develop and foster agricultural leadership on long island; to educate the farming community with regard to farm safety; to advance and support agricultural education programs in the classroom; to encourage and increase understanding between farm and non-farm public through education; to provide educational programs to the agricultural community on current information and advancements in agriculture.
