The purpose of LONGLEAF PRESS, INC. is as follows: LONGLEAF PRESS, INC., publishes poetry and prose of exceptional literary merit by both established and emerging authors. We are interested in language that is not merely reflective but transformative. The press holds an annual contest and publishes at least one book a year. LONGLEAF PRESS, INC. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
