Mission at the longview dream center (ldc) is to unite the time, talents, and treasures of organizations while serving those in our community that are in need or in crisis. Vision is to provide basic needs, resources, and life-enhancing programs to the people of longview and the greater east texas region. The ldc provides basic needs such as emergency food, clothing, hygiene products, and necessary household items to those in need or in crisis.
