Provided social services programs in the form of substance abuse prevention, treatment and education services to the local service area. A total of 35,295 services were provided.

Provided home visiting services designed to support and strengthen the parent-child relationship to improve the health, development and well-being for the child and the family. A total of 9,013 services were provided during the year.

Conducted social services program to provide nutrition vouchers and nutrition education for young mothers through the women, infants and children supplemental nutrition program throughout the local service area. Program also provided training and breast feeding education for new mothers. A total of 46,033 services were provided.
