Longwood University Alumni Association

The purpose of the association shall be to promote the interest of longwood university and to maintain among its graduates and former students a spirit of fellowship, services, and loyalty. The association is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes as the making of distributions to longwood university foundation that qualifies as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954 (or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law).
