The purposes of the loose creek community club (lccc) are established as follows: to form a body of citizens thoroughly representative of the interests of this community, to unite its members in close bond of good fellowship and to promote social union in the community. To foster and aid projects for community betterment. To acquire, build, establish, develop and operate a recreational area, together with such improvements and additions at and on the same, for recreational purposes, as the board of directors may determine from time to time to be necessary or appropriate for the use of the members of said facilities for the use of this rural community
