Kinship care program provides wraparound services to kinship caregivers and their families to ensure that families are stablized and children being raised by grandparents or other kinship caregivers who are not their biological parents are safe and able to grow into strong, healthy adults. Services offered through kinship include; intensive case management, food pantry services, legal fee assistance, caregiver education groups and caregiver support groups.
Safe at home: this program makes home modifications to support independence and safety in the home; modifications include ramps, grab bars, handrails and bathroom modifications
Nutrition services - support nutritionally at-risk seniors through an emergency food pantry, home delivered senior food boxes, commodities, farmers market coupons, and the restaurant voucher program.
